Choco-Banana Protein Pudding

Choco-Banana Protein Pudding
•1 banana*, sliced
•1 serving vanilla protein powder
•1 tbsp. unsweetened cocoa powder
•1 tbsp. almond milk

Freeze banana for 1-hour.  In food processor (I use my mini chopper), blend banana for 1-minute or until it reaches the consistency of pudding.  Add remaining ingredients and blend for 30-seconds or until fully incorporated.  Pour into fancy glass and place in freezer for 5-minutes.  Serve.

*The strength of the banana flavor depends on the ripeness of your banana.  The riper the banana, the stronger the flavor.

By the way, the nutrition stats knock the socks off of any Jell-o version!
