Chocolate “Uncookies”
·1/2 ripe banana
·1 tbsp. unsweetened cocoa powder
·1/2 cup rolled oats
·1-2 tbsp. of unsweetened almond milk
Mash banana with a fork until smooth. Add cocoa powder and stir until no lumps remain. Stir in almond milk. Add oatmeal, and mix until completely combined. Use hands to roll into balls. Refrigerate (or freeze!) for at least 2 hours.
