Peanut Butter n’ Chocolate Shake
•1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk
•1/2 frozen banana
•1 handful baby spinach
•1 tbsp. unsweetened cocoa powder
•1 serving protein powder of choice (whey, hemp, brown rice)
•1 tbsp. natural peanut butter
•7 ice cubes

Pour milk into blender.  Add cocoa powder, protein, spinach, and peanut butter.  Blend on low until spinach is completely blended.  Take portion off blender lid, add the banana and ice cubes one at a time, and blend until completely incorporated.  Serve immediately.
