Protein Pancakes with Blueberries

Blueberry Protein Pancakes
·1/2 cup rolled oats
·2 egg whites
·1/2 cup low-fat cottage cheese
·1/4 tsp. vanilla extract
·1/4 cup frozen blueberries

Preheat griddle to 350°.  Blend first four ingredients.  Pour onto griddle and top with blueberries.  Flip when bubbles have formed all over pancake and cook for 3-4 minutes more.  Top with your favorite toppings!
