Banana-Coconut-Flax Pancakes

•1/2 cup oats
•1/2 cup water
•1/2 banana
•1/4 tsp. cinnamon
•1/2 tsp. vanilla
•dash salt
•1 tbsp. ground flaxseeds
•1 tbsp. unsweetened coconut
•1/2 tsp. baking powder
•1 tbsp. coconut butter, melted
•2 tsp. raw almond butter
•2 tsp. pure maple syrup

Preheat griddle pan to 350°.  Using a hand blender (or regular blender) combine the first six ingredients and blend until smooth.  Stir in flaxseed, coconut, and baking powder.  Let rest for 3-4 minutes.  Pour batter onto griddle pan and cook 4-5 minutes.  Flip and cook 2 more minutes.  Transfer to a plate and spread with almond butter.  Drizzle with coconut butter and maple syrup.  Serve immediately.
