Coconut Almond Granola

*3 cups rolled oats
*1 cup raw almonds, chopped
*2/3 cup raw sunflower seeds
*1/3 cup ground flaxseeds
*1/3 cup unsweetened coconut
*1 tbsp. molasses
*1/3 cup maple syrup
*2 tbsp. coconut oil (or canola), warmed
*1/3 cup honey
*1 tsp. salt

Preheat oven to 350°.  Combine dry ingredients in a large bowl.  Combine wet ingredients in a small bowl.  Pour over dry and toss to coat.  Pour onto a cookie sheet (or baking pan with sides) and spread into a thin layer.  Bake for 30-45 minutes or until brown, stirring every 10 minutes.
