Cucumber Avocado Salsa

2 cucumbers, partially peeled
2 roma tomatoes, diced
1 avocado, cubed
3 green onions, chopped
1/2 cup chopped cilantro
1/2 tsp salt
3 tbsp olive oil
1 tbsp lime juice
2 tsp apple cider vinegar
1 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp celery seed
1 tsp onion powder
1 tsp lemon pepper

Combine cucumber, tomatoes, avocado, green onion, cilantro in a large bowl and sprinkle with salt.  Stir gently to combine.  In a separate bowl, whisk together remaining ingredients.  Pour over cucumber mixture and stir toss gently.  Refrigerate at least 1 hour before serving.
