Peanut Buttery Banana Oatmeal

Peanut Buttery Banana Oatmeal
1/4 cup oat bran
3/4 cup water
1/2 tiny banana, smashed
1 tbsp. ground flaxseed
1/2 tsp. vanilla extract
1 tbsp. peanut flour (or protein powder)
1 tbsp. natural peanut butter

Combine oats and water in a large bowl.  Microwave on high for 2 minutes.  Stir in vanilla and banana and cook for one more minute.  Add flaxseed and peanut flour or protein.  Combine until smooth.  Transfer to serving bowl and top with peanut butter.
