Pumpkin Pie Oatmeal


1/2 cup rolled oats
1 cup water
1 tbsp. ground flaxseed
1/2 cup non-fat plain greek yogurt
1/2 cup canned pumpkin
1 tbsp. pumpkin butter
1/4 tsp. cinnamon

Combine oatmeal and water in microwave safe bowl and cook on high for 3 minutes.  Remove and add flax.  Add yogurt and pumpkin until combined.  Swirl in pumpkin butter and sprinkle with cinnamon.
