Pumpkin Pie Shake
•1 cup plain soymilk (or other milk/alternative)
•1/2 banana
•1/3 cup pumpkin puree, frozen
•1 tbsp. protein powder
•1/2 tsp. vanilla extract
•cinnamon, nutmeg, ginger, and cloves to taste
