Triple Berry Blast

Triple Berry Blast
+3/4 cup unsweetened almond milk
+1/2 cup frozen strawberries
+1/2 cup frozen raspberries
+1/2 cup frozen blackberries
+1 tbsp. chia seeds
+1 tsp. sweetener (I used Truvia)
+2/3 cup non-fat plain greek yogurt
Blend all and enjoy.
