Shredded Brussels Sprouts

Shredded Brussels Sprouts
·7-10 large Brussels sprouts
·olive oil cooking spray
·salt

Preheat oven to 400°.  Slice ends of sprouts, slice in half longways, and thinly slice into shreds.  Spread into one layer on a baking sheet.  Spray lightly with olive oil spray (I use a Misto) and sprinkle with salt.  Bake for 10 minutes, stir, and bake for 10 more minutes or until brown.
