Strawberry Pro-Yo

Strawberry Pro-Yo
•7 large frozen strawberries
•1/4 cup unsweetened almond milk (or skim)
•1/2 cup non-fat plain greek yogurt
•1/2 scoop vanilla protein powder
•sweetener, to taste

In blender, combine yogurt, strawberries, and almond milk.  Blend until completely incorporated.  Add protein powder and sweetener.  Mixture will be thick.  Serve immediately.
