25 elevated squats w/ 8# medicine ball (squats with one leg on the step) + pulses
18 bent rows w/ bands and 7# dumbbells (loop band under the step and stand on step, grab band handles and weights)
18 sliding reverse lunges (each leg) w/ 8# medicine ball + pulses
1 min jumping jacks
Circuit #2
28′s w/ 18# body bar (7 full bicep curls, 7 bottom half curls, 7 top half curls, 7 full bicep curls)
18 sliding side lunges (each leg) with 8# medicine ball
18 tricep kickbacks w/ 7# dumbbells
25 plie squats w/ 18# body bar + pulses
18 lateral raises and overhead shoulder presses w/ band
Abs Circuit
25 crunches w/ 8# medicine ball
25 reverse crunches w/ 8# medicine ball
25 bicycle crunches

I really admire you. For the longest time I’ve been unable to do any exercise at all — low weight and extreme body exhaustion and burn out …its so hard to deal with…I wish there were something I could do … ugh.
Someday I hope again.
