2b.  15 Lunges w/ Front Leg on BOSU [blue side up] w/ 12.5# dumbbells
2c.  15 Overhead Tricep Rope Extensions w/ cable on 50# setting
2d.  15 Lateral Band Walks w/ 25# weight plate
2e.  10 4-way Shoulder Raises on BOSU [blue side down] w/ 8# dumbbells
2f.  15 BOSU Mountain Climbers [blue side down]
