Yoga exercises, meditation, and other Eastern-born exercises have found an evergrowing audience among harried people craving internal calm. Classes can be found at health clubs, firm fitness gyms, corporate retreats and spas.
Ideas that were in the past left-of-center have found greater acceptance with the general public support. Mind-body executive fitness is certainly a hot topic at this time.
